Ricky Niedermeier developed the MyStaffSchedule software to make scheduling easier for his wife, Krista, director of anesthesia at a pediatric hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. The software simplifies and automates the scheduling process for anyone who needs to assign jobs to groups large or small. It went into production in February 2021 and now has more than 2,000 users across the United States.
